GOLD SERVICE MANAGEMENT SP Property Management offers our Gold Service package. This Gold package is for Full Property Management and is designed for owners to feel secure in the knowledge that should any problems arise with their properties, we and our staff are here on their behalf to solve any problems for our clients and their guests This service includes

Any repairs to the property, on behalf of our client, with client’s full knowledge, we will arrange for the appropriate technician (this service is arranged FREE for our gold service clients but please note that cost of repairs are to be paid by client)
Property insurance arranged (Normal arrangement fee 10% Free to Gold clients)No commission charged on any rentals generated by SP Management (Normal fee 15%)Client notified immediately of any damage caused by rental guests
