Any repairs to the property, on behalf of our client, with client’s full knowledge, we will arrange for the appropriate technician (this service is arranged FREE for our gold service clients but please note that cost of repairs are to be paid by client)

Property insurance arranged (Normal arrangement fee 10% Free to Gold clients)

No commission charged on any rentals generated by SP Management (Normal fee 15%)

Client notified immediately of any damage caused by rental guests

SP Property Management have introduced our NEW Cleaning and Laundry Services with the option to be able to add on any other services required on a (PAY AS YOU GO) basis.

Unlike other Compaies we do not charge a registration fee for holding your Key's. Our service is FREE There is NO Contract to sign and NO Regestration Fee to pay.

Clients simply order what services they require and pay directly into our UK Bank with No added bank or Transfer charges.

Many people do not realise how severe the winter can be here in Bulgaria as temperatures can plummet to minus 20 degrees.This can cause serious damage to your property. Damage may not just be from your own apartment but from your neighbours. We highly recommend our winter service for peace of mind.
