SP Property Management are actively promoting rentals and advertising for our clients properties. We work closely with UK, Russian and Polish marketing companies, offering rentals for the Black Sea Coast.

Every season we have seen an increase for privately owned rental properties. For the last three summer seasons the demand for private rental accomodation has seen a considerable increase from the eastern European regions.

Our rental companies do not charge our clients for Advertising and Marketing of clients properties. This is completely free of charge to our Gold Management clients. Commission is only paid when a secure booking has been placed.

For our Gold Management Clients advertising on our website is free of charge any rentals that SP Management generate through our own website, no commission is charged.

Our rental clients are not tied into any contracts. On the understanding that any bookings already generated that these are honoured. Our clients are free to occupy their own properties and to also generate their own rentals.

For all other clients who wish to use our Rental services and are not SP Management Gold clients. We can advertise your property for Rental on our website but please contact us for more details and prices
